Since the inception of my journey in 1976, my passion and commitment have driven me to excel in every facet of real estate.
In 1978, I embarked on a new endeavor by founding The Broker Company, a venture that would lay the foundation for countless success stories to come. Eleven years later, in 1989, I acquired the iconic 1 Texas Tower nestled in the heart of downtown El Paso, a milestone that marked the beginning of my deep connection to this vibrant city.
As my career unfolded, I found myself drawn to El Paso, my hometown, captivated by its unique charm and limitless potential. It was here that I chose to concentrate my efforts, weaving my expertise and vision into the very fabric of the city. – Jim Scherr
