• If mediation does not result in a resolution within a reasonable time, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration.
• The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration institution mutually agreed upon by the parties.
• The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

• This Privacy Policy and any disputes arising from or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Broker Company is primarily headquartered.
• Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be brought in the courts of the aforementioned jurisdiction.

• The costs associated with mediation and arbitration, including the fees of the mediator or arbitrator, shall be shared equally by the parties unless otherwise determined by the mediator or arbitrator.
• Each party shall be responsible for its own legal fees and costs.

• All communications made during the dispute resolution process, whether in mediation or arbitration, shall be treated as confidential.
• The parties agree not to disclose, reproduce, or use such information for any purpose other than the dispute resolution process.

• Nothing in this Dispute Resolution section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or stop the unauthorized use or disclosure of personal information.

By engaging in the services provided by The Broker Company, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this Dispute Resolution section. This provision is designed to promote efficiency, fairness, and collaboration in resolving any potential disagreements swiftly and reasonably.
